It is reaaly arduous to observe a human which isn’t using telephone in our days. But only a few users can reply who made the earliest cell phone, or which laboratory did it. There were made many communication devices in the XX that are specialized to make easier our life and general of them is cellular phone.

The earliest proposal to create a cellular phone belongs to AT&T, (the corporation that also proposes international calling card), or rather Bell Labaratories. In 1947 the proposal of inventation of cell telephone was really intrepid, that’s why inventors decided to set chief sorts of such telephones in an automobile. it’s obvious, because phone’s mass at that time was about 30-40-kg, and it was really difficult to carry such aggregate.

But during 1950-s the reducing of a car phones started. There was progress in solution of the problem of phones’ weight, in 1970-s the mass of a vechicle phones was dimished 12-14 kilos, but they were still energized by board network of a vehicle. In that period, Motorola was known for their portable radio devices and did not consider about cell phones at all.

A modern period of telecommunications started when Martin Cooper, a young developer of Motorola, came to the firm in 1954. He was medium clerk and was busy in the development of modern handheld apparatuses. In 1967 Martin and his office made chief portable radio expressly ordered by Chicago police. Almost after 20 years of his career at Motorola, M. Cooper understood that he might create a comparatively tiny cell phone.

Martin succeeded in designing of the earliest cell telephone in a year. Motorola in its way pressed FCC (Federal Communications Commisssion) to allot private organizations some frequencies for free to inculcate new cellular telephones in. They felt doubt about the enterpriseses’ request of frequencies, chiefly because of the experts of the big and well-known Bell Laboratories, who had doubts as to the desing of such little phones in the closes futurity. However, a compromise resolution was accepted: Motorola was to prove the possibility of invention such nets.

It’s difficult to believe that they imagined there would be international calling card in our days. Hurriedly preparations for the field examinations started; it was assigned to April 3, 1973. The first transponder station was installed on the top of Alliance Capital Building in NYC that day. The earliest model of transponder could connect 30 consumers at most with land lines. They named it Dyna-Tac, it had twelve pushbuttons and its weigh was 1.5 kilograms.

Dyna-Tac was without monitor and had no more extra features. You could speak with anyone for thirty-five min, in case if you charged the telephone for no less than ten hours. On April 3 Martin Copper phoned Joel Engel (using Dyna-Tac), who was the principal of the investigation office of the Bell Laboratories. It was a big victory for Martin Cooper and Motorola company. Later they comprehend that Dyna-Tac was a revolution in science and communications in particular. In our days due to them we can apply cell telephones and international phone card as well.
