How to get indented listings?

So now you know all about indented listings and the benefits to your website I am sure you are keen to know how you can get them for your website. Below is a list of steps to follow in order to get your site and indented listing:

1. The first thing you need to do is get your first page listed in the top 10 of the search engine rankings for your chosen keyword. This is obviously the hardest part and you will need to follow a large number of steps to get your site there.

2. Now you need to create another web page using the same keyword as the first page. It is important to use different content that will be useful for visitors and to ensure you optimise all of the onsite factors for your chosen keyword. You should also make sure that this page links to the first page you have created.

3. Now you need to make sure your first page links to the second page on your website. The best way to do this is to include a link within the text of the first page and use the chosen keywords in the anchor text that links off to the second page.

4. Finally you need to get external links to the second page and ensure that you include the keywords in the anchor text of these links. How many links you need to achieve this will depend on the competitiveness of your chosen keyword.

As you can see it is not as simple as it looks to get indented links but is something that through consistent search engine optimisation it can definitely be achieved.
