To write an advertisement, you must keep in mind the product, customers, and the location of the customer. Make a statement that the product appears more interesting. You need to break through the constant visual and auditory bombardment of advertising, we get on a daily basis.
The ad needs to explain what you are offering to do. What you can do with it. Why your offer is better then your competition. Some companies try a loss leader. This is a strategy where one item is being sold at a loss to the company. How to write the advertisement? Locate a meaningful statement. It should be written like a story, a good story that people will remember along with your establishment. 2. Meaningful information has to be interesting to the consumer, with specifics. Remember substance is more important than style. It has to relate to the customers on their own terms.
3. The writer must be aware of the purchase cycle, the amount of time the ad goes to the venue and shopping increases.
Now that you know what needs to be done for an advertisement, the hard part is putting it together. If the ad doesn’t work within a set period of time, you will need to redo the ad. I make several tries but once it works the product sales increase.
4. Have a way of tracking the sales numbers to see if the advertisement worked.
