Have you ever wished that you could write articles that just converted like crazy? I mean, it seems like everyone else in article marketing writes articles, gets lots of views, gets lots of clicks, and yet, here you are, stuck, and you have no idea why.
Or maybe you’ve had some small success, but you don’t really understand how you can improve your articles and make people WANT to click on your links.
So, here’s what I’m going to do for you:
I’m going to talk to you about what I do that makes people click through when reading my articles. These are all things that I’ve done in the past, and that have proven to be extremely powerful…I just want to share them with you to help you out!
#1 – Sell the sizzle, not the steak! What I mean by this is to make sure that you take some time in your article to talk about the benefits of whatever it is you’re writing about, or promoting. Writing about acne medication? Maybe try talking about how the tip, or the product, that you’re writing about has helped other people…Exactly what can it do for them? How will their lives be better once they use it?
Those are both questions you should make sure that you answer in each of your articles! People love benefits!
#2 – Curious readers = buyers. One of the most powerful copy writing secrets out there is that curiosity is an incredible tool. If you can, through your article, make people curios…make people WANT to know more…Then of course they’re going to want to click on your links! People can’t stand to not find an answer to their curiosity, and until satisfied, they’re much more likely to click on any links that you present to them!
Make use of this incredibly powerful tip!
#3 – People trust recommendations, not sales pitches. This is perhaps the biggest thing that new marketers fail to realize. Think about it…Think back to the times that you’ve bought things because of someone else… Now, answer me this:
How many times have you bought something because a salesman told you to? And then how many times have you bought something that your friend has, or on a trusted recommendation?
There probably isn’t much of a competition, and this is because, people are much more likely to buy something from you if they TRUST you, and people trust recommendations far more than a sales pitch.
Well, that’s about it, I hope that you’ve found these 3 tips helpful. Once again, I’m not some huge guru, I don’t have some huge secret, I just use my common sense, and it works. I wanted to share with people some of my techniques, and thus I wrote this article!
Thanks for reading and good luck!
