How Children Benefit From Being Read To

Children as an infant do not know to do anything in the beginning except drinking milk and its metabolic reaction extracting the waste naturally. ( pee and Pooh)
They start using their bodies, senses to see smell feel and use. Parents help children to go through this process of learning and the faster a children learn the better their life becomes. Reading comes as a part of learning everything. It is the basic communication along with speaking.
Early reading skill start from learning the alphabets to words and sentences. Elementary reading is a gradual process that improves and children are able to read better in few years.
The easiest way to teach reading to children is reading to them, this provides several kind of advancement in learning and its benefits are limit less. It is hard to write them in an article. however, I have briefly added some most important benefits to reading for your children every day.
1. Reading loud helps improves pronunciation in children, provides them an accent to adopt. In the elementary reading some words pronunciations are not easy to pronounce for children but by constant practice they improve it and finally say it perfectly. That is why it is not a good idea to copy children and speak to them in their cute style. Once we copy their accent they start feeling there is no need to improve pronunciation.
2. Every day reading with kids makes them master the language much faster and works as a talking guide for the child indirectly.
3. When parents read to the children every day they are able to know the correct pronunciation, which improves their listening skills to speak correctly. This is a great achievement at their age.
4. Listening skills of the children expand with every day reading. Speaking skills improve along with listening ability. This improves the intelligence span and make them move ahead much faster to learn other advanced things in life at school and in the play ground.
5. When parents read to children every day, they learns to listen to the story, with concentration and this tremendously improves concentration power to advanced learning at their age level.
6. Children are able to learn new words indirectly, and their vocabulary increase a lot. This kind of learning is easy and not a pressure on their mind.
7. The advance use of language improves communication skills and they do no have to find words to express themselves. Their achievements are taken as advanced development.
8. Long term benefits of daily reading are so awesome, these children start reading early several times they pass this habit to their children also.
9. Reading every day with the children also makes them socially ahead.
Parents reading, reading by grand children, and reading by brothers and sister all make it a social activity for the child. If your child is going to pre-school education at the library also, this provides them the social interaction with the teacher and other children and reading. They learn to sit quietly for the group activity
10. Reading to the children create a great habit and an elite life style that is clean fun that improves their ability to know how to read.
