Structural features and functions
– Latest generation Siemens 840 SL CNC controlled
– High-speed and precision movement along axes X,Y, Z resulting from the use of brushless digital motor technology with an absolute position encoder.
– Cast-iron spindle housing ensures rigidity and vibration damping.
– The beam and the spindle carriage travel along their X and Y axes on recirculating roller guides. They are driven by means of a precision rack and pinion system coupled with a brushless digital motor.
– The spindle carriage travels on its Z axis along a recirculating roller guide assembly driven by a ball screw with a preloaded ball nut.
– All guides are protected and automatically greased.
– “C” axis Rotary Spindle Head with 0° – 380° range of motion.
– Blade inclination at 0° and 45° with vertical or inclined step cutting capabilities.
– User friendly software and touch screen colour control panel with manual Axis control by Joystick.
– Laser guide for cutting path indication.

Programming and management system
