This is where I’m suppose to cheer you up by saying how this change in live is like graduating to full womanhood, but being a man, I don’t think I have that right. So I’m going to stick to the facts and just the facts on this one.
Menopause is where your body is suppose to slowly decrease the amount of the estrogen that it makes until you become infertile. Although this process, depending upon a number of factors, more often than not goes astray causing the symptoms associated with menopause. We all went thought the hormonal imbalance during puberty. Unfortunately women get to go thought them all over again in reverse during menopause.

The secret is to give your body the nutrition that it needs to maintain a slow natural transition trough this period of your life. The great thing is for centeries women have known about all natural herbs that they could take to help them through this period I there lives.
