Conferences
Fairmont Zimbali Lodge specializes in particular seminar arrangements for little to big groups. The Conference Venue consists of several beautifully appointed symposium rooms which are perfectly situated for excellent views of the Zimbali Coastal Estate and Zimbali Country Club Golf Course.
Imbiso Room
The imposing Imbiso Room, overlooking the golf course plus the Nature reserve, is the focal point of the conference amenities. It can seat a maximum of 60 conference attendees in cinema-style seating, thirty conference attendees in u-shape, twenty in boardroom form or 50 in a classroom configuration.
Tugela Room
The Tugela Room, is definitely an executive boardroom with an ocean view. The oval mahogany boardroom table dominates this room and it is the ideal facility for the smaller symposium and can accommodate ten individuals.
Umgeni Room
The Umgeni Room is also a small, intimate venue off the seminar foyer and can seat a max of 20 conference attendees in cinema layout seating, twelve conference attendees in u-shape, 12 boardroom type or 15 in class-room configuration.
At the Fairmont Zimbali Resort the Meeting Room is located on the right of the principal entrance, with a separate entrance which can be utilized for large groups that do not want to enter by way of the lobby. The courtyard and preconference area located around the Marula Ballroom offer plenty of space for pre-registration or cocktail gatherings.
Marula Ballroom
The 280 square metre Marula Ballroom can accommodate up to 180 visitors for a banquet affair. The Marula Ballroom can be broken down into 2 smaller sized rooms, both accommodating 90 guests in schoolroom style.
Sanderling Boardroom
For executive meetings the intimate Sanderling Boardroom provides the perfect solution, with seating for 12 guests.
Conference Equipment
A wide range of audio-visual aids and state-of-the-art equipment is available to conference delegates.
Accommodation Rooms
