In todays society there is a growing concern about the safety and purity of everyday drinking water, its essential that we are certain our drinking water is safe for us and our children as it can affect the health of our bodies. This being said it is good practice to know that the water you are consuming on a daily basis is of the highest quality available. The best way to achieve this is to know that the water you drink has been carefully monitored and cared for prior to your drinking it.

There are several ways to achieve this.

Inexpensive filter systems or purchase from water companies that use industry standard equipment. The inexpensive filtering systems that can be built in to your taps to help filter out bacterial and unwanted particles but unfortunately they are not always going provide you with clean water as they are unreliable unless you replace the filters on a regular basis. This method does not guarantee the best possible water.

Reverse Osmosis is a great choice, it is a filtering system the produces a great tasting water. The process works by drawing regular tap water through a permeable “membrane” or surface into a salt solution, pressure is then exerted on the untreated water causing the natural process to be reversed causing the water to force through the membrane which is like a fine filter. The end result is pure high quality H20. 99.9% Mineral Free.

The last is spring water that comes for extreme depths where it has been protected and filtered for hundreds of years. This water is extracted from the ground where it is then put through an ozonation cycle and bottled. Spring Water is most common and usually preferred providing a quality and taste above the rest. Final thoughts, know the source and the quality of your drinking water. Consider Spring Water or Reverse Osmosis because it is a daily consumed product that affects your everyday living so you should not settle for anything less that best.
