3 cups dry white wine
Mix lemon pepper, mustard and rosemary in a small- sized bowl. Place chicken breast halves in a medium dish just before rubbing with garlic. Add the lemon pepper mixture and rub into chicken as well. Pour in lemon juice and dry white wine. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. After a couple of hours, pre-heat your grill to high. Lightly oil grate prior to placing chicken on the grill. What you need:
1/2 kilograms boneless and skinless chicken breast halves cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

16 chicken upper legs
1 1/2 cups simple natural yogurt

In a medium-sized bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients (except for chicken). Place cleaned chicken in a big re-sealable plastic bag and pour in yogurt mixture. Turn bag over 3-4 times to marinate chicken then refrigerate for 8 hours or over night. When the chicken is ready, pre-heat your grill to medium-high heat. Take out chicken from plastic bag and wipe off excess marinade prior to placing it on a lightly-oiled grill. Cook on direct heat for 5 minutes, flipping the chicken once. Then cook on indirect heat for 30-40 minutes.
