Festivals in Qatar are a fundamental part of the rich cultural inheritance of Qatar. The vibrant and magnificent festivals of Qatar act as an appeal for the tourists too. All these festivals in Qatar provide boundless fun and pleasure for the local people as well as for the tourists. As Islam is the chief religion in Qatar, so the festivals related to this particular religion are celebrated with solemnity and grandeur.
The most important and biggest among Qatar Festivals is Eid; that is celebrated with lot of splendor in Qatar. Normally daily opening hours are between 10 am and 10 pm, excluding some shopping malls that open a bit late on Friday. Nearly all of the time malls are quite ease during weekdays but mostly crowded on weekends. Car parking is currently still free of charge.
