Guided by Sabrina and Giancarlo Bonamini, owners of factory, the visitors will be able to enjoy an out door trip, that transforms itself into a sensory and informative path; thanks to the qualified interlocutors that are able to express the essence of the territory in its oils, to enhance the archaic beauty of the olive landscape - identity element of Val d’Illasi (Italy) - and accompany the public on a journey that promotes the culture of genuine and sustainable taste.
The Bonamini’s offer tour of the olive grove, with some information about the local olives and another tour of the Olive oil Museum, during which the guests have the opportunity to know the techniques of olive processing, the preservation and bottling of the final product, as well as receive information on the history of the oil production. Followed by a tasting of two or more oils, in which the visitors are accompanied by a careful analysis that involves three senses: sight, smell and taste, with the possibility to shop directly at their store.
“A few products are so viscerally linked to the human being and to its cultural development as olive oil. The purpose of these guided tours” explains Sabrina Bonamini, “is to make the mill not only a place of production, but an ideal location for training, in order to give value to every step - from cultivation to bottling - and in order to fully delineate the production chain. Olive oil is an identity to preserve, a heritage to be valued and our commitment is directed precisely at this goal”.
